Happy hump day! We’re busy working on a handful of new staging projects throughout the city as the summer comes to an end. We’ve been scouring high and low to add more special pieces of furniture and artworks to our collection to help yo Starting the week with a serene living space we designed for this special maisonette in Sutton Place with @claudine.orourke. This was a hybrid project where we edited the existing decor & furnishings for photography. Simultaneously also designi We love a glow up. Unit #6a of 60 Broadway had too much going on and needed a virtual makeover. We decluttered, restructured and redesigned the space with drastic draperies, streamlined decor and a muted color palette. Peep this past guest room we designed for @compassny agent @christianrogersnyc in the Cammeyer building. The room originally boasted this beautiful wallcovering so we kept it in scope to ensure an easier transition from Heading into the weekend with another team member introduction. Meet Keishon Hazelwood, our resident architect and husband to Meghan Hazelwood, our senior design consultant. This sunny two bed was a delight to design as it boasted beautiful wood floors, natural light and a great outdoor space. We foc Trending Tuesday; We love a statement and even more so a transformation story. For non invasive renovations & stagings, wallpaper (peel & stick, duh) can be an agents best friend. Wallpaper applied in a physical staging creates an impactful We can't get over this transformation at 439 e 51st with @claudine.orourke. The space has great bones. By eliminating the heavy drapery and wall to wall carpet, the improvements there alone were extreme.
